Deposit Waiver Policy
Accepted students who wish to request a deposit waiver must submit their request at least one week before the deposit deadline to allow sufficient time for processing. Students may request waivers for both the enrollment deposit and the housing deposit.
To be considered, accepted students must:
- Complete the Deposit Waiver Request Form
- File a FAFSA to determine financial eligibility.
- Provide a written statement detailing their plan to pay the remaining tuition balance once enrolled.
By completing the request form, students affirm their good-faith commitment to enroll at the College if their deposit waiver is approved.
All requests will be reviewed by the Deposit Waiver Request Committee, and decisions will be communicated to students within 7-10 days of submitting the form.
EOP students are automatically eligible for an enrollment deposit waiver but must submit the Reply of Offer Form for the waiver to be applied.
