Deposit Refunds
- For fall terms, enrollment and housing deposits become non-refundable after June 1.
- If a student receives an offer of acceptance after April 1, the admission deposit is refundable if both of the following conditions are met:
- The refund is requested within 30 days after the notification of acceptance is sent to the student.
- The refund is requested before the first day of classes for the term in which the deposit was paid.
- For spring terms, enrollment and housing deposits become non-refundable after January 1.
- If a student receives an offer of acceptance after October 1, the admission deposit is refundable if both of the following conditions are met:
- The refund is requested within 30 days after the notification of acceptance is sent to the student.
- The refund is requested before the first day of classes for the term in which the deposit was paid.
- Students who withdraw to enter military service are eligible for a refund of the pre-admission deposit.
- In extremely rare circumstances, deposits made prior to the completion of registration may be refunded if, in the opinion of the campus president, conditions beyond the control of the student warrant such refund. Formal requests must be made in writing to the college president, and circumstances must be supported in the files by proper documentation.
