Purchase History
The Purchase College History project collects and preserves Purchase College’s history for the benefit of the college community and the larger public.
The Purchase College History project is a collection of oral and written histories, historical documents, pamphlets, videos, and websites.
This project seeks to engage and inspire our community to participate in creating a permanent, tangible, and preserved history of Purchase College. During its ongoing implementation, students from all areas of study, current and former faculty and staff who participate in gathering material alumni, who can contribute photos, stories and documents and members of the local community will all be invited to contribute.
The Purchase College History project represents the culmination of years of engagement by Prof. Lisa Keller with Purchase and local history.
