Andrew Theiss
Andrew Theiss is a New York-based Lighting Designer, Filmmaker, and Photographer. Graduating from SUNY Purchase with a BFA in Theatre Design/Technology, he also holds an AAS in Film and Media from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Andrew expressed himself as a multifaceted artist from early on, beginning his studies of film in high school, while pursuing theatre on the side. As he entered college for Film, he fell in love with the production side of things, leading him to pursue a more specialized degree in Design Tech at Purchase.
With a strong passion for Dance and Concerts, he hopes to be able to pursue these fields through the arts of lighting design and film/photography.
