Meredith Mowder

Meredith Mowder is an art historian specializing in the lifecycles of artist communities, performance, and modes of artistic exchange. Her writing has been featured in PAJ: A Journal of Performance and Art, The Brooklyn Rail, and in numerous other publications. She is currently working on a book about the economics of performance in downtown New York City during the late 1970s and 1980s.
