Alexa Rabadi

Hello! My name is Alexa Rabadi and I’m a recent graduate from Iona University, a former student of their 5-year BA/MA I-O Psych program where I received my master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology as well as an advanced certificate in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior. I completed my undergraduate education at Iona University as a psychology major with a minor in criminal justice. With this background it’s clear to me how important career development is for occupational success! There are critical stepping stones that help you find a career that you’re not only successful in but also satisfied with, which is a topic I’m particularly interested in considering Human Resource functions were a major part of my studies for the past few years. This will be my second experience at the Purchase College Career Development Center. This past spring I had the opportunity to learn and intern here as a graduate assistant for a semester, and I couldn’t be more excited to be back as an employee!
