Anthony Marinaro

Anthony Marinaro is a lighting designer for theater and dance, originally from Hopatcong, New Jersey.  From a young age Anthony was heavily involved in the theater and music was fascinated by how light can be such a key part of storytelling.  Throughout all of his work he strives to guide the audience to understand, relate, and feel.  Using light as a medium, it is possible to convey endless emotions and settings that transport the audience to another world and for those couple of hours the watcher gets to let go and experience somebody else’s story.

Purchase College Repertory Lighting Design Credits includes Twelfth Night. Other credits include Everybody (ALD), and Passage/Wolves Eat Elk (ME). He has also worked with numerous choreographers within the Conservatory of Dance on their senior projects and rep performances.
