Why did you decide to become a global scholar?

I wanted to become a Global Scholar to find understanding among others. I am grateful to have experienced other cultures, but I am far from experiencing everything. However, I have seen that, when looked for, we are all more alike than we realize. Having the opportunity to study abroad and make meaningful conversations will help foster cultural, personal, and global understanding.
