• Worked closely with the Key PA to help supervise and ensure silence while filming was occurring.
• Assisted in lock up to prevent pedestrians from walking in the shot.
• Helped wrangle and direct extras on set in various filming locations throughout NYC.
• Delivered film and contracts to the main office.
• Supported the Production Team and was always on stand-by if anything was needed.

• Filmed on location at John F. Kennedy International Airport, The Performing Arts Center at SUNY Purchase College, Bishop Laughlin High School & more.
• Cast Included: Jennifer Lopez, Owen Wilson, Maluma, John Bradley & Michelle Buteau.

• Worked under the stage management team.
• Learned & ran the Stage-Right track for Put In rehearsals.
• Learned to create the In/Out sheet for each performance.
• Assisted in both onstage weekly rehearsals.
• Shadowed all technical departments including; Automation, Puppets, Make-Up, Wardrobe & Sound.
• Observed each deck track performed by the stage managers.
• Distributed Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS posters to all the Broadway theaters for a special fundraising event.

• Gave the “Clear” & “GO” running Stage Right deck while overseeing set pieces fly in/out backstage.

• 232 Puppets used in the show.

• Began working a week prior to the live event & worked under the Production Team at Radio City Music Hall.
• Rearranged the seating chart & face boards in the audience.
• Made sure all quick-change booths had all needed supplies.
• I answered and transferred phone calls in the Production office.
• Printed and distributed paperwork all over Radio City Music Hall.
• Handled any outdoor & indoor errands needed by the Production team such as; transporting supplies within the theatre, ordering meals & making food deliveries.

• Assisted in making sure both, weekend studio rehearsals & day of event rehearsals ran smoothly.
• Wrangled & guided my assigned performers from their dressing rooms to on & off stage during the event.
• Worked alongside the crew to ensure the safety of the cast during the fast-paced day.
• Kept track of props for the Newsies performance number during studio rehearsals.
• Checked-in entertainment for studio rehearsals.
• Hung up signage throughout the New Amsterdam Theatre.
