Owen Laheen

Owen Laheen was born in Dublin, Ireland and grew up between Co. Wicklow Ireland and Provence, in the south of France.

She completed her high school degree from the School of Drama at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts under Dean Carl Forsman, before receiving her BFA in Acting at SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Acting in New York, under Dean Irby.

She is currently based in New York working as an actor. She is also a director and writer with her company, Orphan’s Theatre, most recently collaborating with La MaMa Theatre to produce their first full-length stage play, This Is Where We Live.
