Zoë Winters ’07 and Carolyn Kettig ’17 Are Cast in FX’s ‘Seven Sisters’
Acting BFA alums Zoë Winters ’07 and Carolyn Kettig ’17 will share the spotlight in the pilot episode of the FX drama, Seven Sisters.
Costarring with actress Elizabeth Olsen (WandaVision, Avengers: Age of Ultron), the two portray siblings in a tight-knit family forced to confront long-buried secrets.
Winters is best known for her breakout role as Kerry in HBO’s Succession, for which she earned two Ensemble SAG Awards. In June, she co-stars with Dakota Johnson, Chris Evans and Pedro Pascal in the romantic comedy, Materialists.
Winters also co-starred with Oscar® winner Ben Kingsley in 2023’s Jules, which The New York Times called “heartwarming,” and has appeared in network TV’s Madam Secretary, Elementary, and Law & Order. A recipient of the Dean’s Award from the Purchase College Conservatory of Acting, she has been praised for her work on the stage and screen by The New York Times and Time Out.
Kettig’s acting credits include Music (Hayley Stahl + Company, Exponential Festival 2025), A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Henry V (The Public Theater’s Mobile Unit). She has collaborated on new plays at New York Theater Workshop and The O’Neill. Her film credits include Titus Kaphar’s debut film, Exhibiting Forgiveness and Gabriel Nussbaum’s debut feature, Triumph of the Will.
The casting of Seven Sisters is courtesy of Purchase’s own Susan Shopmaker, a Lecturer in Acting at the Conservatory of Theater Arts and the recipient of the BAFTA Award for Best Casting for The Holdovers.
