PWSW alum stars in new indy feature film.
Playwriting and Screenwriting alum Emma Grace Myers ’18 (PWSW Outstanding Senior of the Year) helped develop the screenplay and stars in the new indy feature film “Pretenders.” The film starts its festival run in the upcoming Cinequest Film Festival. (link below)
The comedy follows three losers fed up with their lives who create fake identities to lie, steal and scheme their way through a vacation in a sun-drenched LGBTQ beach-themed comedy.
Emma worked with writer/director (and Purchase PWSW alum) Tristen Stafford along with a whole posse of other Purchase alumni to bring this project to the screen.
