Grace Gedeon ’21 chose to major in journalism, but with a lifelong love of photography, searched for a way to incorporate the medium into her storytelling.
She chose to minor in Visual Arts while concentrating her coursework mainly on photography.
Her journalism coursework has allowed her to master videography as well as photography. The merging of those skills prepared her for an on-campus job creating the first episodes of a new endeavor Purchase Presents—a video magazine featuring happenings on campus.
Gedeon is currently a gallery assistant at New York City’s Agora Gallery.
