Event Submission Form Instructions
Please complete the form below to provide a detailed and accurate description of your event and its specific requirements. This information will be reviewed and must be approved by both Intergenerational Learning and Program Planning, as well as Broadview at Purchase College, before the event can proceed.

Important Notes

  • Submitting a request for the Broadview Learning Commons does not guarantee space availability. You will receive a confirmation if your event is approved.
  • Event organizers are responsible for any set-up or clean-up costs incurred by Broadview.
  • All refreshments must be provided at the organizer’s expense.

Solicitation Policy
Faculty, staff, and students of Purchase College are strictly prohibited from soliciting monetary donations, contributions, or any form of financial support from Broadview or its residents.
