Final High School Transcript Required

 

All incoming undergraduate students (including transfer students) must submit an official final high school transcript after graduation. The transcript must include the student’s graduation date and must be sent directly from the high school or an approved transcript service.

This requirement verifies high school completion for the student’s official college record and supports federal and New York State financial aid eligibility, including TAP and Excelsior. A transcript submitted before graduation does not confirm that the student graduated. Federal and state aid rules require students to document high school completion or an approved equivalent.

Students with a GED/HSE, approved homeschool completion, or another recognized equivalent should submit the appropriate official documentation.
