Logline: Miguel Garcia is no stranger to tragedy. For 10 years, funerals were a yearly occurrence for the Garcia family, this sorrowful pattern only coming to an end with the deaths of Miguel’s parents. Nine years later, Miguel, along with his teenage sister Marisol and his aunt Maya, are the only Garcias left. It had seemed that the Garcias had finally put their tragic past behind them. And Miguel had hoped to keep it that way. But when a curious Marisol decides to unearth the Garcia family’s history of devastating losses, Miguel is forced to confront his unresolved grief, or risk destroying his relationship with his sister.
