Unlock your inner artist! Explore patterns found in nature. Use diverse mediums, from the precision of ink and pencil to the vibrancy of watercolors and color pencils to create original captivating mandalas, monograms, abstracts, and nature art. Each session consists of an art example share, a guided demo of a specific technique, independent art-making, and an end-of-class art display.

Inspired by works from the Neuberger’s collection, explore drawing and painting using watercolor pencils as tools for personal storytelling. Through mini demonstrations learn to create artwork that reflects your aesthetic, emotional, intellectual, and/or spiritual response to museum art. Novice or skilled participants, experience the joy of translating your emotional and sensory responses to art into a deeply personal visual narrative.
