Angelina Ruiz

Photographer, writer, and educator Angelina Ruiz explores memory, identity, and the Puerto Rican diaspora through images and text. Her photographs and writing have appeared in The Photographer’s Green Book, Stonefruit, and other independent publications; Bustle has also profiled her community-building work. Ruiz teaches at the International Center of Photography, extending a publishing and artistic practice rooted in personal history into the classroom.
