Andrew Paris

Andy Paris is a director, writer, actor, teacher, and entrepreneur. As an original member of Tectonic Theater Project, he co-wrote and directed Uncommon Sense, developed and acted in Gross Indecency and The Laramie Cycle (Emmy nomination for writing) and co-wrote the book, Moment Work: Tectonic Theater Project’s Process of Devising Theatre (Vintage 2018).

Other favorite directing projects include Goldstar, Ohio (A Times Newspaper’s Theatre Tribute for Outstanding Direction), The American Family, and at UNCSA: Inheritance and the Taub/Woolery musical adaptation of As You Like It.
