James Deng

James Deng is a Lighting Designer and Programmer from Brooklyn, New York. He has always loved to take part in helping tell a compelling story, guided heavily by visual research. He is very fond of telling a story and creating moments that capture an audience in times where they forget they are in a theatre, whether it be a grandiose sequence of light cues or subtly through an instantaneous blackout. Nothing excites him more but the limitless ways you can effectively light a show and loves uncovering the details to tell the most memorable one.
