Sabrina Charney Hull

Sabrina Charney Hull has been a practicing planner for over 25 years. Since gaining her Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning Sabrina has been working in Westchester at county as well as local government level.

Initially focusing on her specialization of water resource planning but gradually branching out to other areas. She is currently the Director of Planning for the Town of New Castle where she is responsible for the Development Department, consisting of the Building, Engineering, Planning and Zoning Divisions. New Castle’s Comprehensive Plan “A Framework for the Future” has been awarded a 2017 Meritorious Achievement Award by the American Planning Association New York Metro Chapter; a 2017 Commendation of Outstanding Planning Achievement by the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation; and the Town of New Castle has received a 2018 Special Recognition Award for Best Practice in Land Use Planning by the Westchester County Association.
