Amy Lutz

Amy is currently a graduate student at Iona College working towards a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She has a background in analytics, her days as an undergraduate at Baruch College were spent working in the colleges research lab collecting and analyzing data pertaining to human cognition. She continues to explore her passion for research throughout her graduate program, she’s currently working on her thesis assessing the impact emotional dissonance has on the millennial workforce. She also has extensive experience managing in the hospitality industry and currently leads a team of 100+ employees. Amy is an experienced leader, passionate about helping others to reach their goals, who plans to use her love of research and the social sciences to help guide and support others in the process of envisioning and attaining their dream careers.
