Lindsey Crane
Instructor, Entrepreneurship in the Arts
Lindsey S. Crane is an adjunct professor in the Entrepreneurship in the Arts master’s program. She is currently a Program Officer working in cultural investments with the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone in New York City. As a program officer, Lindsey helps to facilitate the grant-making process to a diverse range of arts and culture organizations serving Upper Manhattan. In addition to serving on the faculty at Purchase College, she is also an adjunct professor in the Arts Administration master’s program at Drexel University.
More About Me
Prior to this, Lindsey was based in Philadelphia for six years, the last three of which she served as the Managing Director of Intercultural Journeys, an arts organization with a mission of promoting peace and social change through the arts. Lindsey is a graduate of the Drexel Arts Administration program (2013) and received her undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary.
Originally from Doswell, VA, Lindsey is a lover of all of the arts and an amateur visual artist. Her preferred medium is charcoal. She is also an active member of the community and an avid runner.
