 What is your motivation to succeed?

My motivation to succeed is wanting to see my mom happy and get us both out of Syracuse and to be a person that my grandfather would’ve been proud of.

 Tell us something most people don’t know about you.

There isn’t much that people don’t know about me but a small dream of mine is to become fluent in at least 3 other languages. 

 What are your long term goals?

My long term goals are still being worked out but I plan on doing residencies around the world. This allows me to travel and do work (paintings) at the same time.

 What does EOP/MAP mean to you?

EOP means home away from home. If I wasn’t in EOP and I went through what I went through throughout my time here, I would not still be here. Every single person is always there ready to go if I need words of encouragement. 

 What’s your most invaluable experience at Purchase?

I’m going to say my most valuable experience is EOP freshmen summer program. That is when I got to meet my peer mentor and best friend Estevan. I was an extreme introvert and he brought me out of my shell and basically (along with other people) molded me into the person I am today.
