Alicia Miller, Administrative Associate
Alicia is a Staff Associate in the Computer Technology Services (CTS) Department and started on a multi-person Telecoms team at SUNY Purchase 26 years ago. Now she is the only one left, tasked with maintaining the functionality of departmental phone and printer systems.
Alicia is THE expert, has the highest quality control standards possible, and continues to learn more whenever she comes across something that has no ready solution. Alicia is also a role model in customer service, admired by her colleagues in CTS as well as the many, many faculty, staff and students whom she serves without prejudice, with a smile and a calm demeanor.
