PSC Cookie Swap 2025
Our most successful Cookie Swap!
The Professional Staff Council held their annual cookie swap on Dec 16 th , we had our best turnout yet.
Staff from all different offices across the campus submitted their baked and store bought cookies for all of the staff. We had a chance to enjoy some one on one time with our colleagues with delightful sweet treats.
Our designated judges were: Mike Kopas, Pat Duffy and Jessica Bullock. They had the most fun, tasting and trying out the selections provided. The entries were chosen based on flavor, texture, and appearance.
The winners of this years Cookie bake off were:
