Sarah Catherine Hook ’17 Stars in New Netflix Vampire Drama
She plays a teenage vampire drawn to the new girl in school—a monster hunter.
Sarah Catherine Hook ’17 (Voice and Opera Studies) stars in the new Netflix series First Kill as Juliette, a vampire who falls in love with her monster hunter nemesis, Calliope.
Born and raised in Montgomery, AL, Hook caught the acting bug while she was earning her MusB in Vocal Performance: Opera and attended the Atlantic Theater Company Summer Intensive.
Since then, she has pursued both acting and singing around New York. Hook is known for The Conjuring 3, Law & Order: SVU, and the video short Living in Harmony Sodastream.
