Chair Yoga—starts February 23

Create a regular practice to boost wellness, calm, and peace! Using your chair in this safe and gentle guided Yoga experience, learn to use postures and breathing to realign the body and integrate oxygen helping you to relax and renew. For beginners and experienced Yoga practitioners.

Let’s Meet on the Mat for Gentle Hatha Yoga—starts February 21

Reclaim balance and strength, and boost immunity and peace! Using the mat, learn alignment and yogic breathing for new body awareness. Beginners and experienced Yoga practitioners develop a personal practice for stress reduction and relaxation helping to calm and steady the mind and emotions.
