Interview

An interview is a conversation - a mutual exchange of information. The interviewer will try to find out if you are a good fit for the position, and you will promote your skills and experience to show that you are a good fit. You will also get to ask the interviewer questions.

Use the interview to:

  • Learn more about the position and the organization.
  • Provide information that will highlight your accomplishments, expanding upon your resume and cover letter.
  • Make the interviewer see you as an asset to the organization.
  • Get a follow up interview and get hired!
