What is your motivation to succeed?
My motivation to succeed is to create generational wealth for my family. I want to make the most of every opportunity I have been given and create a future that both my family and I can be proud of.
Tell us something most people don’t know about you.
Something most people may not know about me is that I consider myself a jack of all trades! I have many interests and talents that I don’t always broadcast. I enjoy singing, cooking, gaming, learning new things, and constantly finding new ways to grow and prosper.
What are your long-term goals?
My long-term goal is to live my life with as little regret as possible. I want to continue growing, taking advantage of new opportunities, and ultimately become the best version of myself that I can be.
What does EOP/MAP mean to you?
To me, EOP/MAP means a chance—a chance to become something extraordinary. EOP/MAP gave me the opportunity to attend college with little to no current financial stress while providing me with a strong support system throughout my college experience. It has been a guiding hand that has helped me navigate college, grow as a person, and take advantage of opportunities I may not have otherwise had.
What’s your most invaluable experience at Purchase?
My most invaluable experience at Purchase was the three-week Pre-Freshman Academy during the summer before my freshman year. It was my first real introduction to college life and my first time living in a dorm. I met new people, participated in different activities, and began building relationships before the semester even started. Looking back, it was such a great experience and helped make Purchase feel like home before my college journey officially began.
