Eternity Clark
Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology
My research broadly deals with resisting and dismantling the systems of violence we exist in while dreaming of more liberatory futures beyond these legacies.
More About Me
I specialize in community-based research focused on building critical consciousness, challenging constructions of normalcy and the “other”, as well as understanding which sociopolitical contexts influence these processes. Ultimately, a central goal of mine is to better understand the limits of peoples’ capacity for care, while interrupting limiting ideologies. My pedagogical practice weaves together five interlocking theories to create complex educational spaces that emphasize lived experience, contextual learning, open dialogue, and intersectional consciousness.
