What is your motivation to succeed?
Honestly, it started out as spite to prove people who doubted me wrong. But now I want to experience challenges and overcome them. It’s exciting!
Tell us something most people don’t know about you.
I’m not really a hugger, also cherries are nasty which is ironic because my nickname is cherry.
What are your long-term goals?
Travel just once and buy a house.
What does EOP/MAP mean to you?
EOP means family. The kind of family I can go to when I’m going to make a change and need support. On top of that EOP means friends as well, like that friend you haven’t seen in so long and there is so much catching up to do. The fun friend but also the one who will call you out when you’re about to do something stupid.
What’s your most invaluable experience at Purchase?
Oh, it would have to be during my sophomore year, I was facing a huge challenge. I had to change my major, but my professor told me that sometimes people graduate from college but don’t end up doing what they graduated for. So, I shouldn’t be so quick to throw myself into a box and say this is it and I don’t want anything else.
