What is your motivation to succeed?
My motivation to succeed comes mainly from my partner. I met them at the beginning of my college tenure. And I’m still with them at the end of it.
Tell us something most people don’t know about you.
I give off this intense aura of “please leave me alone.” And whilst that’s partially true, I also really want to interact with people more. I just don’t have a very strong social battery.
What are your long-term goals?
To be frank, I don’t exactly have “long term goals” right now. I’m trying to live in the moment more, and whatever opportunities should arise in my life I will appreciate, cherish, and capitalize on.
What does EOP/MAP mean to you?
EOP means a lot to me. Without it I genuinely don’t know if I would have gone to college. I wouldn’t have the friends I do today. Or my partner. Or the love and understanding of the craft of cinema I’ve cultivated through my major. All of which I’m incredibly grateful for.
What’s your most invaluable experience at Purchase?
Though my time here was a bit rough in more ways than one, my most invaluable experience at this college has and always will be the people I’ve met here. I wouldn’t trade any of them for the world. And they made getting through the tough times not only easier, but worth it.
