Jonah Bravo ’22
Jonah Bravo is a filmmaker whose passion for storytelling ignited in Queens, New York, where he used his camcorder and action figures to create fantastical tales.
His creative journey blossomed at the Frank Sinatra School of the Arts and was further enriched by his time at Downtown Community Television—a community that inspired him so deeply he later returned to teach after earning his BFA at Purchase College.
Along the way, his collaborations with environmental artist Alejandro Duran, including projects like the Museum of Garbage in Mexico, have underscored his commitment to art and activism, all while his love for cooking and immersive video games continues to fuel his imagination.
