More About Me
Kenny makes saturated, seductive, and materially dense paintings depicting the regionally and personally specific: inherited family recipes, dining scenes, and kitchenscapes. Her practice is an alchemical exploration of acrylic paint: pouring, stenciling, airbrushing, sanding, and rendering material into the unexpectedly representational.
