Adiya Katseff’s research is focused on infectious disease immunology. She is developing a novel intranasal vaccine against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. She uses a variety of biochemical and molecular biological techniques, including protein synthesis and purification, ex vivo cell culture assays, flow cytometry, and ELISA.
