Cynthia Stewart ’12

Cynthia Stewart ’12 leads the Ramirez June Initiative at the Office for New Americans (ONA) within the NY Department of State (DOS).

The ONA Ramirez June Initiative builds capacity at the state level to connect new Americans with developmental disabilities and their families to vital resources, information, and services. The ONA Ramirez June Initiative is funded by and in partnership with the NYS Developmental Disabilities Planning Council (DDPC).

In 2011, Stewart visited Tibet on a study abroad trip and taught English in Gangwon-do province of South Korea in 2014–15.
