Joshua Falcon

Lecturer of Anthropology

Joshua Falcon is a professor of anthropology with a background in both Religious Studies and Philosophy. His research primarily focuses on the philosophical, political, and pragmatic dimensions of psychedelic drug use in the United States. Apart from his research on psychedelics, which involves investigating questions related to cognitive liberty, the war on drugs, and human-environment relations, he is also part of a Mellon Foundation research project that examines issues of environmental and climate justice, structural violence, and systematic racism in Miami, Florida.
