Alex Stark ’11

Alex graduated from Purchase College, summa cum laude, in 2011, with a BA in Economics. While at Purchase, Alex served as a Senator and subsequently as the Coordinator of Finance of the Purchase Student Government Association and was also the Vice President of the Economics Club. After graduating from Purchase, Alex pursued a career as a corporate transactional attorney and began studies at New York Law School. During his time at New York Law School, Alex interned at Coty, Inc. and Warner Music Group. Alex also served as Executive Online Editor for the New York Law School Law Review, the Vice President of OUTLaws, and a Senator for the Student Bar Association. Alex graduated from New York Law School, magna cum laude, in 2014. Alex started his legal career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York, where he focused primarily on intellectual property transactions. Currently, Alex is the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Private Sales at Sotheby’s, Inc., based in New York City.
