Stephanie LeBlanc ’14 Named a Top 25 Chief Content Leader
Stephanie LeBlanc ’14 has been named one of the Top 25 Women Chief Content Officers of 2025, recognized by Women We Admire, an organization celebrating accomplished women executives and leaders across the U.S. and Canada.
LeBlanc (Media, Society, and the Arts*) is the Chief Content Officer at Precision Nutrition, a global leader in health and nutrition, providing the education, tools, and training to certify experts in performance and wellness coaching. Some of PN’s clients include Nike, The New York Times, and the publications Men’s Health and Women’s Health.
The role of Chief Content Officer—also referred to as Head of Content—has become one of the most influential positions in today’s C-suite, shaping the voice, vision, and messaging of the world’s leading organizations. Women We Admire underscored LeBlanc’s leadership and innovation in content production, digital strategy, marketing, brand development, and guest acquisition.
Prior to her role at Precision Nutrition, LeBlanc held key positions at Lululemon as Content Development Specialist and at AARMY, an intensive mind/body fitness program where she was Social and Brand Manager and Producer.
A native of Montreal, LeBlanc embraced an eclectic academic program at the School of Liberal Arts that gave her a leg up on a very bright career.
“I layered Media Studies with Psychology and Ethnography. That broad, interdisciplinary lens became my greatest advantage. It taught me to think critically and objectively, to move fluidly between creativity and strategy.”
The challenge now, she says, is navigating a digital landscape that is constantly evolving.
“What worked six months ago may be irrelevant today. Platforms, formats, and audience behaviors change faster than most companies can keep up with.”
That being said, she pinpoints the forward-thinking educational experience at Purchase that encouraged her to think wide open.
“Purchase plunged me into the future of media long before ‘AI’ hit the hype cycle.”
“My professors’ boundary-shattering research showed me what fearless scholarship looks like. They taught me to dissect culture, spot the gap, and ship ideas rooted in truth, not trend-chasing.”
LeBlanc joins a distinguished list of honorees representing industries such as media, entertainment, technology marketing, and global finance.
“My job now is to create the structure, support, and strategic context for the team to do their best work. To me, that’s what real leadership looks like: not dictating the path, but walking it alongside your team, making sure everyone feels empowered and equipped to lead from where they are.”
