Jazz Program featured at ArtsWestchester’s JazzFest

Purchase faculty and students will be featured at four events during ArtsWestchester’s annual JazzFest.

A partnership between ArtsWestchester, the City of White Plains and the White Plains BID, Jazz Fest has become a signature White Plains event of free and affordable jazz performances attracting jazz enthusiasts from throughout Westchester County and beyond.

On Thursday, September 12, piano alumna Eunha So’s Quartet performs at the White Plains Public Library at 12pm.

That evening, the Pete Malinverni Jazz-Chester will feature faculty member Ralph Lalama, as well as alumni Mikey Migliore, and Aaron Seeber at ArtsWestchester at 8pm. Tickets and more information can be found here. Student tickets are available at the door withstudent ID

This will be followed by a Jazz Jam led by Pete Malinverni along with leaders of local music schools at ArtsWestchester. This jam session is open to all musicians. Tickets and more information can be found here. Student tickets are available at the door withstudent ID

Rounding out the quartet of events, on Friday, September 13, Alumnus Marcio Garcia’s trio will perform at the White Plains Public Library at 12pm.
