Log-in (or create your account) to Purchase JobScore

Under “Shortcuts” select “Request a Counseling Appointment”

Set your search criteria (counselor, dates, times, days) and then check availability. If you haven’t met with a counselor before, it is best to search on the availability of all counselors.

Select the availability that works best for you, then state your reason for
the appointment, attach any documents if you wish (resume, personal
statement, etc.) and then submit.

You will receive an email after you made the appointment and then when the appointment is approved.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you can log into Purchase JobScore and go to the Calendar & Appointments section’s Counseling Appointment tab.
