Emergency projects are projects managed by personnel from the NYS Office of General Services (OGS). 

The college initiates the process by submitting an emergency declaration form that describes the nature of the problem and specific services needed. OGS personnel develop the bid specifications for the work required. The bidding process is streamlined and bids to make repairs are obtained quickly to minimize the impact to the campus.
