In a physical plant as large as ours, unpredictable, routine failures inevitably occur and should be reported as a routine work request.

Such items as burned out light bulbs or fluorescent tubes, dripping faucets, worn floor and ceiling tiles, sticking doors and windows, etc., result from normal building use and are considered routine maintenance. Routine maintenance will normally be performed during normal working hours as expeditiously as possible.
