Facilities Management requires that all new utility connections, either inside or outside of buildings, be performed by a contractor or qualified professional, routinely employed to make such connections, under the supervision or direction of Facilities Management personnel.

The purpose is to insure that all utility connections (electric, gas, water, sewer, etc.) comply with applicable codes, laws, and regulations.
