Alyssa worked with the non-profit organization NYPIRG
One of the biggest things that working with the Purchase NYPIRG chapter taught me, is to not be afraid of talking about what matters with strangers, because it might inspire someone to take action. Afterall, we need people power in order to make change, and we can’t do that without getting the word out on campus. Working with NYPIRG taught me a lot about activism and I am thankful for the experience I had while interning for them.
