Reunions. Exhibitions. Programs. Performances. Showcases. Social gatherings. There’s something for every alum—and fun for your families, too.
Dear Alumni,
Alumni Weekend 2026 brings the Purchase community back together—across generations, disciplines, and decades.
This year, we shine a special spotlight on milestone classes: the Class of 1976, our very first four-year graduates, celebrating their 50th reunion; the Class of 2001, celebrating its 25th anniversary; and the Classes of the 1s and 6s.
It will be an unforgettable weekend. This year’s celebration layers special anniversary programming alongside the traditions you know, love, and plan your return trips around.
Reconnect at signature events like the Night of Reunions, the All-Alumni Luncheon and PCAA Alumni Awards, and the Alumni Showcase, returning for its second year after a wildly successful debut. Expect bold ideas, creative work, meaningful conversations, and more than a few “wait, you’re here?!” moments.
Beyond these anchor events, campus will be buzzing all weekend long with symposia in Natural Sciences and Humanities, student and alumni performances, exhibitions across campus galleries, and opportunities to see our Panther teams in action. There will be countless ways to jump in, explore, and experience Purchase in motion.
And, in true Purchase fashion, we’re not stopping there. Alumni Weekend 2026 aligns with Culture Shock, bringing an extra jolt of performances, exhibitions, and campus-wide creative energy, with plenty to excite newer alumni and longtime fans alike.
Whether you graduated in the earliest days of Purchase or just recently crossed the stage, are celebrating a milestone reunion or part of the legendary 1s and 6s, or simply looking for an excuse to come home, Alumni Weekend is your invitation to reconnect, rediscover campus, and experience the creative spirit that has always defined this place.
Individuals requiring accommodations for equal access to this event are encouraged to contact alumni@purchase.edu as soon as possible so that a good faith effort can be made by the organizers to meet the identified needs.
