Whether you’re eager to develop an already-awakened interest or want to sharpen your writing skills, our middle school summer program is the perfect place to grow as a writer. Join us for fun, guided workshops that inspire creativity, strengthen your voice, and build confidence in every type of writing.
Grades 6–8
In this fun and inspiring program, middle school students will learn key writing skills like adding vivid details, using poetic language, crafting with punctuation, and finding their unique voice to make their writing come alive. Students will practice close reading and work on revising their stories or poems with guidance from talented instructors who share their passion for writing.
Designed to spark creativity and imagination, this program helps middle schoolers discover and develop their natural talents. Our dedicated teachers make writing an exciting adventure that students will enjoy for life.

Session II: July 13 – July 24, 2026
Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 3:30 pm (10 sessions)
$1,200 for the first registration
$1,080 for the second registration in the family, Purchase College employees, and alumni, Broadview families, Pepsi employees and early registrations (paid in full by May 1, 2026)
