Rosabeya Rotondi ’12

Rosabeya Rotondi is a Clinical Scientist at Unilever, where she contributes her expertise within a globally recognized organization known for its rigorous scientific standards and commitment to responsible innovation. Unilever attracts top-tier talent from around the world—professionals who are often bilingual or multilingual, hold advanced academic and scientific degrees, and are recognized for their integrity and excellence.

She previously served as an Analytical Scientist at PepsiCo’s Global Research and Development Center. During her tenure, she supported communities in need through corporate social responsibility initiatives and championed neurodiversity as a member of the New York Chapter Leadership Team.

Rosabeya is also committed to educational equity. She supports the Purchase College Education Opportunity Program (EOP), where she has served as an alumni panelist, speaking on navigating poverty, overcoming adversity, and succeeding as a first-generation college student. Her advocacy reflects a deep commitment to expanding access, resources, and pathways for marginalized communities.

She earned her Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from Illinois Institute of Technology in 2024 and her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, from Purchase College, SUNY in 2012.

Outside of her professional and advocacy work, Beya enjoys spending time with family and friends.
