As Director of Digital Accessibility and a certified professional in accessibility core competencies (CPACC), it’s my goal to provide leadership, guidance, collaboration, coordination, and support for stakeholders across campus with regard to training and accessibility issues. I work directly with faculty partners to review existing courses to identify accessibility-related design revisions, especially when it comes to making the most use of our robust electronic Library collections. I also work to develop workshops, training materials, and resources to support faculty, students, and staff in creating and using accessible digital materials. As part of the more traditional librarian duties, I coordinate and assess streaming for films used in our courses and research.
